How is flag football even considered an alternative to good ol’ American Football?

Think about this. To play flag football, you don 'need? t solve or develop any ability?; just have to be fast and able to interfere. Basically defeats the purpose of any other position player except the positions pi? fast as the receiver and defender. Kill the power to bench press 400 pounds when all you have to do? to be fast. Who? agree with me that the game of flag football? a terrible substitute for the game of football equipment? Or for those of you who prefer the game of flag football to tackle football, why?

It is just used by PE classes or organizations who don’t want to be sued or held liable for injuries that can occur in tackle football.

some people are looking for a fun way to exercise,
without breaking bones.
I have no interest in it either,
so I just ignore it
