Definitely football. In baseball, you have to make strategic decisions maybe once an inning (hit-and-run, stealing bases, bunting, etc.). In football, every play is about strategy.

Football, you need to know all the routes and defenses and everyone must expect something wierd on every play.

Baseball, you swing, throw, and catch. No special stragegy.

Definitely Football. Baseball has more statistics than any other sport, but football actually implements strategic plays.

Every player on a football team is expected to memorize a very large playbook, because each player must fulfill his role in order for the play to be successful. Baseball doesn’t even use playbooks, the coaches make decisions as they go along.

In football, it’s team vs. team and offensive play vs. defensive play. Some plays are dead before they even begin, because the offense chose the wrong play and the defense picked the right one. Coaching desicions in football are absolutely critical to winning each game. In baseball, realistically, it’s pitcher vs. hitter. Can he get a strike? vs. Can he hit the ball? Doesn’t sound like much of a strategy to me.
