Im a baseball pitcher of the university and every time you go out of Monticello with my foot, I get pain in lancinante ball of my foot. Im not sure if on a contusion, a tooth cylindrical bone, or perhaps even break down. All the answers would be appreciated. Thank you.

Actually this could either be a stress fracture or a morton’s neuroma. The first needs seen and MRI done right away, but the second is not a rush condition. OK?
To tell the difference, you place your thumb on one side of your foot and the fingers on the other side and compress the foot together without touching the area of tenderness. If this maneuver hurts it is a morton’s neuroma and you can have your doctor recheck and or confirm. If negative it is more likely to be a stress fracture and will require an MRI. OK?

It hurts hey, I train In Tae Kwon-Do and had this a few times, you will get over it in a while, depending on how severe it is, I think it is unlikely to be broken or anything, just bruised, but it is worth getting it checked out at the docs if it is hard to walk on or very painful, just in case.
