Gi? 28-14, your team a note landing with six minutes left to get within 8. Date of kicks to Tap or go for two? Assume that your team is 95% of its tap and 45% of conversions on two-point. Special extra: Lle overtime will be played if the adjustment ends in a tie. Note: I have sent this same problem on the board game of football two hours ago. Let 's see if the types of math for the meeting differently. The types GIUSTI in math, consider: Assume that the only mark in the final minutes of regulation? the TD by your team. If andaste for 2 after the first TD and made it a completely Tap hours wins. If mancaste Trial of 2 points, you can still get to OT if converted on the second. In fact, when I use the index of success of 45% for 2 indicators index of success of 95% for the tap, calculating the percentage of conquest as follows: First win sense: Take the 2, giving the kick to Tap: .45 * .95 = .4275 According sense: Take the 2, lacking the Tap, win in OT: .45 * .05 * .50 = .01125 Third way: The first indicator sig.na 2 ago on February 2 indicator victory in OT: .55 * .45 * .50 = .12375 Percentage of total conquest: 56.25% You can 't get the 50% of giving to Tap kicks in the first place. So popular wisdom in this situation should give kicks to Tap, but for the math says something else.

Kick the PAT. Assuming you have no injury issues and you’re not facing one of the top three league defenses, you take the easy point. After the NEXT score, if you think you have real momentum, you could take the 2-point gamble, but I advise the safe extra point try.

You fail to address home field advantage either. On the road, do NOT play for a tie. That will energize the crowd, and ultimately the other team.

You have to kick the extra point. No matter what the game is 2 possisitions. If you miss the 2 point conversion the next time you have to convert unless you lose the game. With less then 50% conversion rate mathmatically your still behind because you convert less then 1/2 the time. Kick the extra points go into ovetime, win the toss, kick the field goal and win the game.

Unless your an unranked in college and your about to upset a top 10 team. Go for the extra point the first time then go for the win!

I agree, you have to kick the first one. In the rare event you miss, you still have a chance if you score again. If you score again, and it’s 28-27, you have to factor in the other things, such as injuries to your team and theirs, whether you’re lucky to be in this position or the other team is, things like that. If you have no confidence in the OT, you go for 2 the next time, but if you’re dominating, kick it, and then dominate them in the OT.
