how much should i feed my 2 foot ball python?

I do not know how to feed my python i 'of the ball by two feet, and the VE feeding a mouse about 3 inches a week if the food more because it seems to have very hungry when the food.

    my recomendation would be for 1 to switch to rats as they will be easier to feed them when she gets larger and you wont have to feed multiples but you should feed her something up to but not larger than the thickest part of her body or maybe something just slightly smaller. thats what i do with all my snakes

    i only feed my python every 10 days it takes time for them to digest their food, you dont want to over feed, also do not feed them while they are shedding they are very vulnerable during that time

    In general you should feed an item no larger around than the largest part of your snakes body. I wouldn’t feed more often than once a week and then as she reaches adult size, every 2 weeks. Pythons and boas have slow metabolisms and over feeding is not healthy and can even be dangerous in some species. Snakes are opportunistic feeders and will eat themselves to death if given the opportunity. I have some pythons that would eat daily if I gave them the chance.

    Try to Play around with the size a lil.. it will be hard to say much.. it is better to give him to small portions then giving him one big one.. because it has to stretch its mouth way to much it sometimes can damage it.
